ARE KIDS OUT OF HAND THESE DAYS? ARE WE ENABLING THAT BEHAVIOR? Do your child/children have a myspace, facebook or myyearbook account? Do you know what’s on their pages? Are you reading their messages? What about the way they're communicating - How old should they be before we allow them to use abbreviations to replace important words? Chances are, they never took/had the opportunity to learn how to spell the word correctly anyway. Check this: Whn my bff cum 2 me n say wtf is rlly go’n on wit him? He gon tl me dat he did her cuz she wntd it & I sd wtf wuz dat abt cuz I dnt git dn lik dat. ttyl, yo bff fo life. Signed, Creamy Hot Vanilla Suga **This type of texting makes me say, WTH??? LOL Should we allow our children to communicate in this manner? Should we as adults communicate this way? If so, then why? If not, then why not? Seriously though, when has it gone too far? Come and tell us what you think.
