About Jamie & Aimee

Jamie returns to the show this time with partner Aimee.  The duo met about 5 years ago at Metabolic Meltdown at their usual 5am class and became motivated by each other.  Soon after, they started working out together aside from taking classes and started developing their own workouts.  They focus now mostly on HIIT and heavy weight training.  They now enjoy a life as workout/accountability partners as well as being roommates!  Tune in to hear all about their fitness lifestyles and philosophies!  POW!
