Dear Mr. DeVries & Beaver Associates...Sincerly, your DEQ

Remember that ridiculous "notice" the Pennsylvania DEQ sent to Mr DeVries back in 2009? It was about the "unauthorized" dam/pond/stream "activity" on his land. Being almost too funny to be true, it went viral over the internet. But that was then and this is now. Same stupid but now becoming a costly reality and not so funny.

This Thursday nite, October 25, TVFMontana will deal with the topic that the powers that be, would rather it remain "inviable, tasteless, and orderless: MT water rights, OUR water usage and property rights! We will have the Western Montana Water Rights people back to give us an up to date status report. That, for some reason, the government approved media wants kept invisible. Oh maybe just a little translucent, but not enough to "wet" your interest or if you really knew what was going on , to wet your pants!  These canned globalogny worms are propagating and time to let them out before they morph into something that can't be contained or controlled. Like the vampires or zombies or the "dead walkers". You may think this is a Halloween show. Wish it was but it's not. Believe me, there's no 'treat" tonight.
