Mr. Greene received a BBA in Business Management from Georgia State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Woodrow Wilson College of Law. After graduating from college and completing his military service, Mr. Greene joined Bache & Company, Inc. in Atlanta as a Stockbroker performing all functions as an investment advisor. As a personnel recruiter for S.P. Associates, Mr. Greene recruited and placed applicants in upper level accounting, engineering and management positions. He then joined Lockwood Greene Engineers, Inc. as Manager of Human Resources and Administration, managing a department of 42 people including Administration, Office Services, Human Resources, Recruiting and Secretarial Services. He supervised a printing and reproduction profit center and directed hiring of over 600 personnel at the technical and management levels and also conducted in-house management development training for all personnel. He remained with Lockwood Greene for ten years. Mr. Greene started Broward-Dobbs, Inc. in 1983, providing recruiting, outplacement and consulting services to corporate clients. Also, he conducts search assignments for upper level technical, financial and management positions and provides specialized human resource consulting in areas such as salary administration, employee relations and affirmative action compliance. Mr. Greene formed “On The Offense” a specialized outplacement program for individuals caught in the current economic downturn.
