In addition to serving a diverse private and corporate client base, she also successfully launched a professional development and career strategy coaching program serving both 10+ year alumni and university stakeholders for the Emory University Alumni Association. Jodie works with both executives and emerging leaders, and especially enjoys working with new leaders who want to effectively transform from producer to leader. She takes a whole brain approach to expanding leadership agility -- combining thinking styles + emotional intelligence. She has also deep insight and understanding of the complexity of power and politics in the workplace, and enjoys helping leaders navigate power and politics with authentic integrity. Currently she is co-developing audience-specific modules in the functional areas of information technology, finance and diverse cross-functional service teams.
