In this episode, Tenzin will lead a guided meditation for developing the attainment of viewing Buddha, Dharma and Sangha as one's sources of refuge from the problems and sufferings of samsara.

This is one of the traditional 21 lojong meditations. Its purpose is to help one make one's spiritual goals the ultimate goals of one's life. Taking sincere refuge in the triple gem is an attainment of the "small scope" or "initial scope" practitioner and is a step on the lam rim path to full Buddhahood that Atisha taught in Tibet.
