In this episode, Tenzin will lead a guided meditation that can be used to overcome anger and develop the perfection of patience. The meditation will help you develop the ability to view as a "client" someone you have been viewing as bad and hateful. Bodhisattvas believe that wrong actions are caused by ignorance and lead to suffering. They want to help everyone overcome ignorance and find true and lasting happiness. Just as good psychiatrists view unruly clients as needing their help, we can view those who have harmed us as needing our help. This enables us to respond to non-virtuous behavior with love and compassion rather than anger. By doing this, we are "turning the other cheek" in a way that brings benefit to all.
