Leah Smiley is a global diversity expert who uses her knowledge and experience in the field of diversity to grow businesses; acquire, develop and retain highly qualified talent; and help organizations produce tangible results through their diversity initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in diversity, business management, and marketing, Mrs. Smiley has consulted with over 75 organizations thoughout the U.S. and in the Caribbean, and has conducted over 450 presentations. Mrs. Smiley is currently the Founder and Executive Director of the Society for Diversity Executives and Professionals Inc. and has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science.
