THE CONTINUING SAGA OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO: Monday Co-Host Deborah Pauly will have Wayne Tate, the attorney representing Community Common Sense (CCS) Newspaper in its lawsuit against Suan Juan Capistrano, which banned newspapers on public property as a result of the growing readership due to the quality of its investigative work. Then SJC Councilman Derek Reeves will fill us in on council decisions that lead to, among other things: another lawsuit against the city for illegally instituting tiered water rates, a class action lawsuit against the city for continuing to bill at those rates after losing in court to a citizen's taxpayer group, an on-again/off-again investigation by the council majority, a recall of the council ringleader and the downgrading of SJC's credit rating last month. Plus a preview of Obama's SOTU message. Starts at 7 PM (PST)
