We’re honored to have as this week's guests, Gary Marbut and Will Stewart-Starks.
 
Gary Marbut is the author of the Firearms Freedom Act, first passed in Montana and now state law in 8 states around the country. The Act is a 10th amendment response to federal distortions of the Commerce Clause (Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the Constitution). The act makes state law that if a gun is made and sold in your state, it’s not INTERstate commerce and the feds need to butt out.
 
Marbut is also president of the Montana Shooting Sports Association – the primary political action organization asserting the rights and prerogatives of gun owners, shooters, and hunters in Montana.
 

Also joining the show is Will Stewart-Starks, head of the Kansas chapter of Young Americans for Liberty. He’ll talk about projects that young liberty activists are working on in the heartland and his chapter’s involvement as a supporter of Nullify Now! Kansas City.
