In this episode I will concentrate on the different levels of self knowledge we can gain through a consistant practice of meditation. My particular brand of meditation is Mindfulness, but what I am teaching here are fruits which can be attained through different styles of meditation as well. What does it mean to really get to know yourself on a physical, emotional, Spiritual, Karmic, and Shamanic level. I will be open to caller's questions as this will be a live broadcast. Blessings!
