Education is a large staple in the development of the youth into functioning and useful beings in society. Sadly enough the education system within the U.S. has severely declined and none are recieving the blow harder than the children. -Since 1983 10 million Americans have reached the 12th grade without having learned to read at a basic level.

-Every year 1.2 million students drop out of school. Thats 7,000 drop-outs everyday or 1 every 26 seconds.

-30 percent of Americans have such an aversion to math that they'd rather clean a bathroom than solve one.
