TEEN PREGNANCY A BADGE OF HONOR

The United States has the dubious distinction of being the country with the highest rate of teen pregnancy in the industrialized world. What is causing this? Is the acceptance of teen pregnancy perpetuating this problem? Where are the adults in this equation? Have parents completely abdicated their responsibilities? What is going on when 17 teenage girls make a pack to get pregnant?
