Tonight it's realer than ever on "It's Real Talk Radio" as we have 2 major topics we're covering. On the first half of the show we'll be discussing the "Atlanta Public School Cheating Scandal" which has been a nationally recognized case that has just about come to an end as a jury has found all but 1 of the accused staff guilty of Count 1: Conspiracy to violate the racketeering influence and corrupt organizations act. Some were found guilty of other crimes but Count 1 was the most serious. Upon sentencing, these ex-staff members of the APS System could be facing a lot of time behind bars and the question we're asking our listeners is do you agree with the outcome, or do you think sending them to jail was too harsh of a penalty considering the crime? One thing's for sure, you know we're gonna keep it real with our perspectives.

On the second half of tonight's show, we'll be discussing Officer Michael Slager's fatal shooting of Walter Scott. Officer Slager, a South Carolina Law Enforcement officer, gunned down an unarmed man by the name of Walter Scott after he tried to flee from being severely Tasered . The footage that was recorded by Fayden Santana, a man who happened to be in the area with a camera phone, doesn't show what took place before Walter Scott took off running and was ultimately gunned down in the process, but what it does show is he didn't at the time of fleeing oppose a threat and as a result was shot 5 times including 4 shots to his back.

How do you feel about Officer Slager's decision? Was it bad judgement, was it cruel intent and ultimately murder in cold blood, or do you actually agree with Officer Slager's use of deadly force? You can believe we're gonna keep it real with our opinions on what went down so make sure you don't miss out! Call in # 347-838-9540
