2009 has ended. A new decade has begun. We take a look back at 2009 and try to put things in prospective. We began 2009 with the promise of C_H_A_N_G_E - The hope that we, the people would be saved from the devastating impacts of indiscriminate, unregulated, fraud laced toxic financial actions on Wall Street; that the war on terror would wind down; that uniform health care might become an entitlement for all; that our environment would be rescued from global warming.
