In fact, years ago while working in the community as an HIV/AIDS activist, I declared that the disproportionate rate of infections among African American women was due, largely in part to their counterparts failure to disclose their "secret" activities. You can imagine how that went down – I was called everything but a child of God. Fast forward 5 years and one of their own - black, male, manly-like, J. L.
