Finding the right mate can be a difficult endeavor without insight and unction from the Holy Spirit. However, being single is a hard relationship to be in, with self. The inclination to settle for somebody or anybody, often compels people to impulsively and emotionally make the decision to “share an alarm clock” with someone, as phrased by a recent advice column entry. Couples in marriages “gone down the toilet,” complain about the toilet seat and toilet paper being up or down. If only that was the real problem, we would have fewer divorces. Believe me, sharing an alarm clock is the easy part. Waking up every morning with an individual who does not fulfill the role of a husband (or wife) is the worst part. Your Maker, had better be your husband, before you make that move. Tips on finding a wife and waiting for a husband.
