Len Deutchman, General Counsel and Administrative Partner (Philadelphia) - Mr. Deutchman came to LDiscovery after twenty years as a prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, the last seven as Chief of the Economic Crime Unit, which he expanded to become the Economic & Cyber Crime Unit; that expansion entailed construction of a computer forensics laboratory and the training of over a dozen detectives and prosecutors. He has investigated and prosecuted virtually every kind of economic and computer crime as both an Assistant District Attorney and a specially appointed Assistant United States Attorney. He is one of the country’s most sought-after teachers of investigators of computer crime and fraud. Brian T. Wolfinger, VP, Electronic Discovery & Forensic Services - Brian and his team of discovery & forensic experts work to blend the attention to detail and chain-of-custody requirements from the forensic realm with the need for efficient and consistent reviewable client discovery deliverables. Mr. Wolfinger joined LDiscovery from industry-leading security vendor Internet Security Systems (ISS). At ISS he was the Regional Manager of their renowned X-Force Emergency Response Service, a global computer security incident response provider. He was responsible for investigation of computer security incidents at Fortune 500 companies and Government installations in all parts of the world. . He has both received and provided hundreds of hours of training in digital forensics and information security practice and policy, He has lectured for Carnegie-Mellon University, the American Prosecutor's Research Institute, and dozens of other institutions. He has designed digital forensic and information security curriculum for, and currently serves as adjunct faculty at, both Community College of Philadelphia and Chestnut Hill College.
