Clear & Convincing - Episode 36 - Breeder's Cup Special w/Joe Nevills

Join Lisa O’Brien and Michael Carnahan on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. Central for Episode 36 of Clear & Convincing for our Breeder’s Cup Championship Special.  We’ll talk about the 151st Belmont Stakes, the 1-1/2 mile “test of champions,” which will be run on Saturday, June 8, 2019.   We’ll be joined by special guest, Joe Nevills, the Bloodstock editor at the Paulick Report, North America’s leading independent Thoroughbred racing website.  Joe has been writing about horses and horse racing since 2007 and has had articles published in some of the most prestigious industry magazines, including Bloodhorse, Daily Racing Form,Thoroughbred Times and Paulick Report.  We’ll talk about the history of the Breeder’s Cup, the Grade I races, the horses, trainers and jockeys and Joe will give us some handicapping advice and insight into the contenders and their sires and dams.
