This week Tahnee chatted with inspiring energy master and transformational life coach Don Milton in Alabama.
 
Don shared the extraordinary challenges he has faced in his life, like being hit by an SUV and put into a coma... and he modelled his unique ability to come to a place of acceptance, to know that everything happens for a reason and just "get on with it".
 
His key message was to encourage us all to move from the head into the heart. He shared his own journey from being an intellectual mathematician businessman stuck in his head to being a heart-centered being who follows his highest guidance every day.
 
He explained how he felt compelled to follow his heart and introduce spiritual principles into his real estate business and instead of destroying his business as he expected, it massively increased his sales.
 
His stories and his message were hugely inspiring, all shared in his gentle Southern twang :)
