What do you do when faced with major change spanning every aspect of your life?  How do you keep moving forward when it's just "one thing after another"?

After a career in commercial real estate development during the 1990’s, Rona became a single mother in 2004. She was working in residential management when she received a cancer diagnosis in the spring of 2008. Since that time, Rona has maintained a steadfast resilience mindset during her cancer journey and the aftermath that followed - the pain of leaving an unhealthy relationship dynamic, financial upheaval, housing transitions, and taking the leap to start her own self-publishing business in 2010 and becoming a coach. In January 2013 she found herself healing from a wrist surgery on her dominant hand which left her with a diagnosis of complex regional pain syndrome. Most recently, in September of this year Rona survived going into cardiac arrest & “code blue” status while undergoing a procedure related to a gall bladder surgery. As of today, she continues her healing journey. Rona Mlnarik is a passionate coach who supports her clients navigating through life’s continual transitions. She challenges you to claim and express your self-worth, creating new results in direct alignment with your values.  Rona provides a step-by-step framework where you can discover how you relate to yourself and the world.   She lives in Minnesota, with her son Nick .
