Susun Weed answers 90 minutes of herbal health questions followed by a 30 minute interview with Matthew Wood. Matthew Wood has been a practicing herbalists for almost thirty-five years.  He began as a shop clerk in an herb store – a great way to learn.  He loves to teach and write about herbal medicine and is widely known for these activities.  He particularly likes the history of herbalism, historical uses of plants, energetics, and the interface with shamanism.  Plants can be our teachers, inward and outward.  He lives near the Twin Cities in summer and Lake Co., California, in the winter.
