Welcome to Tonight's ELEVENTH episode of the 3rd season,

We will highlight our topic:

Prison Love Relationships from Behind The Wall

Inmate's Rights under The Eighth Amendment may be violated By Prison Officials FAILURE TO PREVENT HARM.

The 8th Amendment of the United States Constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishents. Thus, the Eighth Amendment imposes a duty on prison officials to provide humane conditions of confinement and to take reasonable measures to guarantee the health and safety of the inmates. When Prison Officials are deliberately indifferent to a prisoner's health or safety, they violate the Eighth Admendment (Ronnell Perkins).

Tonights Guest: Melissa Lopez, Ruthie Montalvo, Diana Cruz  & Catherine Perkins. This Journey is not an easy journey.

They will talk and share their experiences with being in a prison love relationship from behind the wall. They have to fight CDCR in Court, and it's the only arena where you can make this corrupt arrogant system answer up. People should be fighting the "constitutionality" where it violates the 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution for prison officials to knowingly put a prisoner in harms way.
