Sharon Beverly founded Beverly and Associates (B&A) to provide experienced professionals capable of assisting presidents (or their designees) with the identification of new leadership for athletics.  Athletics is sometimes an unfamiliar area for presidents or hiring officials; therefore, facilitating a search for its management can be challenging.
