Then, at 10:30 am (PST) we meet Mary White Nicholson, Healings in Motion Founder, who tells us about Stroke Awareness Day.  She has a wonderful story about survival!

Dr. Charles Alexander, Provost, UCLA is our second guest around 11:20.  He is being awarded by the California Wellness Foundation for his outstanding work channeling disadvantaged youth into collegiate health careers.

And we just celebrated the birth of Malcolm X.  Have you listened to his message lately?
