Candy Barone

Candy Barone (CCP, MBA, BSME), the “Pull-No-Punches” Accountability Powerhouse is a certified coach, business consultant, professional speaker, and author. a master at helping people identify their inner superhero by getting crystal clear on their goals, identifying the barriers getting in their way, and then creating an action plan to get rid of the “noise." Candy’s diverse and expansive leadership experience (nearly 20 years with multiple Fortune 500 companies) has provided her with extensive tools to help grow business professionals and future leaders, build exceptional, high-performing teams, and stretch successful people further out of their existing comfort zones.  

After going through her own personal and professional assessment, Candy made the decision to leave the corporate world in order to give her full attention to building out her coaching and consulting practice. She is passionate about serving others and providing people with the tools they need to truly empower themselves. She has worked with experienced professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders in helping them recognize their own potential and achieve greater success. 

In addition to serving in her community (she currently volunteers her time with Dress for Success), Candy also has built and facilitated a school-to-work program, violence prevention program for Milwaukee Public Schools, a junior engineering program, educational programming for youth based on science, technology & engineering, and training programs for executives and business professionals.  

She also is a change agent who advocates empowerment, leadership and social responsibility.
