Tessa Greenspan lives by the mantra, "Failure is not an Option."

She was the founder and Owner of Sappington Farmers Market. She overcame tremendous challenges and adversity.Took over a bankrupt store after her partners left her with debt of  $413,000.00
She persevered…………….. to develop one of the most successful Supermarkets in the area.

Tessa encourages young potential business owners to benefit from her experience and expertise. She has helped to blaze the trail for many of the successful St. Louis Women entrepreneurs of today. Because of her expertise, she is a community activist who has been asked to speak to MBA classes at many of the local universities.
She is a mentor at “Innovate VMS” mentoring new and emerging business developers.

Tessa continues to get recognized on local and national levels for her community service. For example:

• Received the “Star Award” in Washington DC for promoting diversity in the workplace.

She is now on her “Second Act,” developing a health and wellness business, worldwide, She is a business development specialist, helping women become financially free.
