Transgender HIV + Trafficking Survivor Speaks

Meet Joy - a walking miracle.  Joy is a transgender ex-prostitute, trafficking survivor, recovering crack addict, that is also HIV + who has been attending the Sex Workers Anonymous meetings in Chicago, Illinois.

Joy speaks about her own "spiritual awakening" where God spoke to her - telling her that her life was needed to be doing outreach to others to get them help to get off the streets, out of trafficking, quit the drugs, and recover from "the life" which can mean the "death" for many others.  

Hear how the sex industry has changed on the streets, and what's needed out there now to save these souls that are dying for crack, heroin, $10 dime bags of dope, and where life can be lost easy but found so hard.
