The Bible says, "the rich rule over the poor. Buyer beware, "no new revenue."

In 2010 Congress told the President "no new revenue."  The government had to function and exist off of previous revenue allocations.  This was a recipe doomed to fail.  Despite unfunded liabilities, two ongoing wars, medicare part D prescription drug program for senoirs, a failing economy in need of bailouts (auto, banking, housing and unemployment compensation) Congress cut off the life line to this Administration NO NEW REVENUE.
