Ronald Hammon & Stev talk Tech & Proactive Management vs. Reactive Management

Today my guest will be Mr. Ronald Hammon, Team Leader, Union Steward, SME- (Subject Matter Expert), a leader in the implementation of various processes at a Global Manufacturing organization.  Ron has a wealth of knowledge in managing projects and applying lean strategies to various parts of business operations.  He is AIW Certified to lead & instruct workshops within the Aerospace Industry as well as being nearly finished with a certification in the program 'Thought Patterns for High Performance.'

Ron had a long list of professional achievements and has been a community leader and volunteer for over 20 years in both the Seattle and Los Angeles area.

A graduate of Daniel Murphy Catholic high school Los Angeles, California, he also attended and played Football at Santa Monica Junior College then transferred to West Los Angeles College and majored in communications.

He spent time working for one of the leading retail organizations on the West Coast Employed in Los Angeles before launch two separate companies of his own in Seattle.  

Currently he is working on a book pertaining to Management / Leadership, getting started in Public Speaker topics include: Business in the specific areas of Materials Management / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Lean Methodologies and Leadership in all of the aforementioned topics and finally working as President of the Rainier Beach Junior Football 2010-2015 (non- profit)
