This week on the HR Happy Hour Show, we were joined by Peter Newhouse, Global Head of Reward, Unilever; Ken Charman, CEO, uFlexReward to talk about Unilever’s approach to managing, understanding, and communicating total employee rewards to its global population of employees. Their desire to make total employee rewards a more strategic element in their approach to HR and talent management led them to develop a new total rewards technology solution that gives both employees and HR leaders real time access and insight to total rewards data. This effort has launched uFlexReward, a new total rewards platform that organizations can leverage in their own total rewards management and communications.

We also discussed our favorite board games, and new ways to buy enterprise tech.

This was a really interesting show, thanks to Peter and Ken for joining us!
