You've read the articles, seen the webinars, or maybe even attended a conference session, (or ten), about how the demographics of the workforce are shifting, and that pretty soon the next generation entering the workplace will outnumber the outgoing one, and that finding, attracting, and engaging the next generation might be a key to your organization's long-term success. And perhaps you also have bought into the idea that actually recruiting Gen Y successfully requires a new way of thinking and a new approach that what has always worked before.

Or maybe you have read all of the above and don't buy into the hype at all, and that making generational, well generalizations is a foolish and shortsighted waste of time. After all, you are thinking, I'm a Boomer or a Gen X'er and I dig technology and I have a blog.

Either way, you will want to tune into the show this week, as we welcome back Ryan Healy, Co-founder and COO of the Brazen Careerist Network to talk about recruiting Gen Y talent  and the unique challenges that this generation presents.

Ryan is a recognized workplace expert for the young workforce, appearing as a spokesperson for Generation Y in various outlets including 60 Minutes, 20/20, CNN, PBS Nightly News, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times.

It should be a great show and I hope you can join us!
