You've read the articles, seen the webinars, or maybe even attended a conference session, (or ten), about how the demographics of the workforce are shifting, and that pretty soon the next generation entering the workplace will outnumber the outgoing one, and that finding, attracting, and engaging the next generation might be a key to your organization's long-term success.
