We revisit the topic of Black Indians with Arts Educator and Cultural Activist Stephen Wilson Jr. returning. Stephen is one of many within the African Diaspora who belong to the ethnic group historically known as Black Indians, BUT one of the few who were able to trace their unique heritage. Stephen Wilson Jr. is very aware of his Native roots which originated on a plantation in North Carolina where African and Natives married. He heads a non-profit organization Talking With Wolves (tww.org) and would like to develop a play from the POV of Black Indians.
