Tell The Truth Tuesday: 222

Yesterday was one of my best days this year! Often times I will keep the day to myself and speak on it later. I do this because I like to live in those moments and make sense of it all. Yesterday I was fortunate enough to meet Leah Penniman. She is the author of the book,"Farming While Black". The book was brought to my attention online months ago. I went to the bookstore and bought the last copy that day. It was read cover to cover within days. Life-changing information. I'm thankful. I am also going to talk about the other reasons why it was the best day. #tellthetruthtuesday
