Both, Steve Wilks and Matt Nagy have been candidates for the Indianapolis Colts head coach vacancy since very early in the process following the firing of Chuck Pagano. Both had performances in the Wild Card round of the playoffs that could be seen as very forgettable. Matt Nagy's Chiefs offense put up a goose egg in the second half of their loss to the Tennessee Titans and Wilks' defense gave up 31 points to the Saints in a losing effort. Will these losses affect how Chris Ballard views their chances at landing the opening, or can we expect the same methodical approach, taking in the whole picture from each candidate, as we are used to seeing from Ballard to this point in his tenure at GM?

We also speak about the Colts former GM, Bill Polian, and how he sees the Colts search for a successor at the helm and his expectations for how it's handled by Jim Irsay and Ballard. Additionally, how did my Wild Card picks pan out?
