Dragon Assistance during this collective shift

We are as a  collective going through a huge shift in humanity's evolution. We are all feeling it on some level. Last night I woke up with severe anxiety, and I have not had that much, I felt scared, light headed, nauseous and full of panic. My ego tried to find out a "what" to place it on. You did this. That's bad. It must be that. But my guides kept saying no. No. No, that is not why! I asked for help. I could mive past whate er "this" was. Dragons came in to assist me. Their wisdom was beautiful.
