Establishing a procurement-card programme that really works

Buildings materials supplier Cemex has had a procurement card in place for several years. The programme aims to streamline Cemex’s procurement process, maintain control and compliance, and improve its sourcing effectiveness. Ahead of his presentation at Toning up Purchase to Pay to Attain Touchless Processing on 23^rd June, Tony Power, Senior Procurement Negotiator, describes the journey so far and reveals some of his lessons learnt.
