Healing Your Heart will help you learn to understand and accept self; the nature of your problems and how you contribute to them; techniques for healing and what stops you from growing.  As well as new life skills, understand the signs of growth and move towards wholeness. Understand and eliminate the unhealthy beliefs, programming and patterns that you hold and overcome fears, anger and other emotions that keep you stuck.  The more you heal the more you will begin to live as a Spiritual Being in a body instead of a human being with a Spirit.

You will also learn how to connect with and follow your Spirit, which is directly connected to the Source, The Divine or whatever is your term. As you heal, your Spirit will guide you, instead of your ego, thereby enhancing your life.

Judy consciously began working with energy in the early 1980’s. She took psychic development classes and later worked with intuitives to begin her own healing process.
