Meditation

We will start with a short discussion on the value of meditation with Valerie Renee. (Callers are welcome to call in with questions during this time.) We will follow up with a Aura Cleansing and Protection Exercise, and a Chakra Healing Medition lead by Valerie Renee. Following the Meditation, callers will be welcomed again, to call in and discuss any experiences they had while meditating. If this format of show goes well, we will have frequent and varied meditations on Spiritual Awakenings Radio.
