Dr. Parker is the Vice President of Gem Makers, LLC. and the founder of The S.W.A.G. University. She is the published author of the internationally sold book and curriculum, “Girl, Get Your S.W.A.G. Back!”, the Visionary and Compiler of the powerful compilation, “If Her Purse Could Talk” and currently holds the position of Executive Board Chair of Diamond in the Rough, Youth Development Program, Inc.

Dr. Parker holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Humane Letters from CICA University and Seminary for the life-changing work that she does with women and girls and has also earned several industry recognized leadership development certifications.
