Ansley Herndon is an e-ryt 200 with Yoga Alliance and has presented at yoga conferences worldwide for many years; she is also certified through Thai Bodywork, Inc. and is certified with the American Council on Exercise, ACE, as a group exercise instructor. Ansley teaches and practices yoga in her hometown of Temecula, CA, where she also does Thai yoga therapy and private personal training..
