If you're wondering what the real estate market looks like right now, I'll tell you it is hot hot hot! Especially for sellers, it is extremely hot in many pockets, not only in our local area but throughout the country, mostly due to limited inventory which is driving home prices upward. According to the Metro MLS report released in June 2017, there were indicators that pointed to a stronger economy with lower unemployment rates and a very optimistic buying and selling season for the summer.
