Join Sonia Nadina in this episode where she talks about depression and the fight to appear happy. "I have lived in depression in my younger life. I understand what each person who is depressed feels." Sonia will explain that the truly depressed person does not understand the term depressed, because they are not aware of the severity of the situation. Telling them to get help does not work because they do not know what kind of help they need.

Depression is like an asprin tablet. Without water, the emotional self being like the asprin, does not soften and allowed to flow freely, it remains in tact. We are told to smile even though things are not so sunny inside our own psyche. The depressed try hard to appear 'normal' in polite company, but in private they spend their time questioning their sanity. Finding the quiet within is the most  direct way to desolve depression in the water of emotions. The depressed does love themselves, they just don't know how to reach that love.

Sonia Nadina is an emotional Healing Therapist with an uncanny ability to see into your most painful experiences and the ability to guide you through and out of your pain.
