Born in Jerusalem, Taken to New York as a child, and Escaped to Los Angeles in High School, returned to New York in order to graduate from college, but returned and lived in Los Angeles most of her life. Tippy began her writing career with Shirley MacLaine’s book ‘Out On A Limb’ where she functioned as a researcher, and ghost writer. Studied the Kabala and researched life and death from age 8 when her father disappeared from her life (passed away.) On her 40th birthday she fell over the cliff with her two young children in the car, and that changed everything. She was told that it was possible that she may never walk again, since  her T11 was collapsed, and she had multiple fractures between her neck and her legs. The journey was not a smooth and straight one it was a journey filled with blood sweat and tears, and at the end, it was only the beginning of a new one. She is currently coaching her clients thorugh difficult times such as Divorce, Living after the death of a loved one, Losing your home and everything else you own. Difficult relationships, Poverty mentality and how it works, into a life of joy. How to move on after a major life crisis.

She has personally experienced all of the above and only works on situations that she personally had to overcome. She created the Efactor University where a rainbow of classes are given from many different spiritual guides and mentors.
