Communication is the foundation of the throat chakra. Not operational throat chakra have you clearing your throat while you speak as if you have something in your throat. The throat chakra rules the throat, thyroid, neck, shoulders, teeth and mouth. It rules expression when it is operational one finds that effective and clear expression is the foundation of your life. that hearing and being heard are together. A balanced throat chakra supports effective communication, where what we have to say is recognized and understood. When the chakra is out of sinc, we find that our power of persuasion is ineffectual.
