Frequently as solopreneurs, the biggest threat to our success is ourselves. How can that be? Well, sabotage is an act or process that hampers or hurts, and self-sabotage is when we consciously or subconsciously thwart ourselves. Why do we do that, and how can we stop the destructive thoughts and behaviors? My guest, Jac McNeil, will help us answer those questions. Jac, the owner of Highland Coaching, is a certified coach and mentor who specializes in working with women solopreneurs. Her approach is about helping us break through our mental resistance, clutter, and stuckness, and she will help us do that in this show.
