The Word Judgw has many meaning & hebrew greek definitions but we are going to focus on the main three in the New Testament Greek. Krino - to judge by deterrming with law, diakrino - to distinquish between good and evil, katakrino - to condemn  When reding concerning the word judge you need to make sure your reading the scripture in context with what is in the greek, meaning it's not always the same word in the text. Reading James 4:12 we know that this text is talking about Christ who is the law giver & the only judge that can condemn someone to hell, so let's read the text in context and stop using the Word Of God to defend yourselves when you are guilty or in sin.
