Belinda Arender is a native of South Mississippi. A graduate of Belhaven College and the Old Miss School of Banking, she is a mortgage lending veteran of 17 years. A consistent top producer in the mortgage industry, she holds the title of Vice President of Mortgage Lending at F&M Mortgage in Murfreesboro. With previous mortgage lending and management experience in Central Mississippi, Belinda relocated to the Nashville Market as Vice President and Area Manager for BancorpSouth. In 2004, Belinda was recruited as VP of Mortgage Lending for First Tennessee in Murfreesboro. With numerous awards and recognition as a premier Lender in the Mortgage Industry, Belinda is passionate about her job. She is a member of the Sertoma Club of Rutherford County, the Junior League of Murfreesboro and a Life Member of Junior Auxiliary.
