Different generations have grown with different communication vehicles and technologies. As a result, they have different preferences on how they communicate and collaborate with their peers. In any given organization, a number of generations may exist and with the current rate of change of communication vehicles/options, the lines of communications can easily become misaligned.  Furthermore, the growing need to work and collaborate in a social environment poses additional unique challenges both internal and external to an organization - especially when partnering with a social entrepreneur. This episode will discuss the following;

1.  The communication preference and perceptions across the generations;
2. how different technologies are valued and used across the generations;
3. tips to improve collaboration and retain talent in our social business environment.

We will also have a quick look at how mobile devices have changed the way we interact and work particularly in a social business environment.
