Carol Phillips is President of consulting firm, Brand Amplitude, LLC and adjunct professor of marketing at The University of Notre Dame where she teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate MBA programs. Carol has over 30 years experience with marketing, advertising, research and communications at major ad agencies and consumer marketing firms. Her experience spans the consumer durables, telecom, food and retail industries. Classroom experience with students, beginning in 2003, stimulated an early interest in Millennials. Today Carol avidly tracks documents how Gen Y’s unique values and communications preferences are making new demands on marketers through her blog, twitter, and a wiki dedicated to aggregating studies of Gen Y. She also speaks directly with Gen Y marketers daily through the Millennial Marketing ‘Super Consumer’ market research community. Brand Amplitude, LLC is a market research firm that help brands learn how to connect with consumers and amplify their message in an era of social media. The firm offers a suite of online research methodologies designed to help brands get the insights they need to engage meaningfully with media-savvy Millennials. As President, Carol consults with clients on strategies for engaging Millennials, as well as conducts market research on behalf of clients.
